Nap Time
I put James down for a nap today (awake. like I always do) and then went downstairs to do some dishes when all of a sudden I heard a bunch of noise on his baby monitor. So I went upstairs to take a peek because I could tell that it wasn't crying. He was having a great time just playing in his bed. So I of course video taped it. Then left. About 4 minutes later there was not any noise so I went in to check on him and this is what I saw:

Hurt Feelings
I love this little face!I have discovered a new cry of James' this week. It is the hurt feelings cry. He doesn't cry that much but this one is heart wrenching and cute all at the same time. He looks you right in the eyes and cries. It's not an intense cry that he get all worked up over. He will cry a little and then wait and see what you are going to do about it and then will cry a little more. It is pretty funny and the facial expressions he makes can tear your heart out. Why would a 2 month old have hurt feelings, you might ask. Well, he does it sometimes when he wakes up from his nap and realizes that he is in his crib and not my arms or when I am nursing and I take him off one side to feed him on the other...little things like that. It is always soothed with snuggle time with mom in the rocking chair and soothed very quickly. I think he has me wrapped around his little finger already... I am in trouble! ;)

California Bound...
Well, it is time to make it known. Mike, James, Puma & I are moving to California. We will be heading back to my hometown on the 15th. Surprisingly, I have very mixed emotions about this move. On one hand we will be c loser to all my family and good friends, have nice weather & Mike will have a job he really enjoys. On the other hand, I will really miss our wonderful family & friends here. I can't believe that I have lived in Utah for 4 years. I still remember trying to convince Shea that we should move out here for just a couple of months! Now both Shea and I are still here and married to wonderful, loving men! I guess the Utah stereo-type is true for us! I have really enjoyed my time with Mikes family and getting to know them better. I know living in such close quarters (like we have the past year) has it's ups and downs and they had to deal with all the fun pregnancy mood swings, but living with them has been great! I feel so much more part of the family now and am very proud to be a Lamoureux! We will be back as often as possible to see them! Mike and I have really made a life out here and I have grown in so many ways here too. I have come to really love Utah and the people here. So, with that I am excited for our new adventure. I know that the Lord has many things for us to do in California. Mike and I have felt very stong promptings that California is where we need to be.
My Wiggley Little Boy
Nap Time

Puma LOVES James' crib. She never goes in it when James is in it though and I usually take her out when I put James in it but this day she looked so comfortable I just didn't want to move her so they took a nap together! So cute!!! Don't worry, I never left the room with Puma in his crib! (even though Puma has no interest whatsoever in James, I never leave them alone in the room. So no need to worry!)
Happy 2010!
James decided to start 2010 off right! He slept in until 8am (Yay!) and when he woke up he was such a happy boy! When I went to get him from his crib this is how he was:
