Catch Up

It has been a little while since I last posted so here is my catch up:

Park Day:A couple weeks ago Rose, Mike and I took James and Isaiah to the park. It was such a beautiful day and so much fun too! I was sad that there were not any swings at this park but we still had fun taking James on the slide. Mike and Isaiah enjoyed playing football while James, Rose and I watched.

Temple Trip
It has been too long since Mike and I have gone to the Temple together. I have been a little (okay let's be honest...VERY) nervous about leaving James that long without being able to call and check on him every half hour. I know I am crazy! It just seemed like to much, an hour drive there, two hours (at least) in the temple, and an hour drive back. Well, a week or so ago my mom and Tim went to the temple and my mom offered to watch James outside while Mike and I went. It was so nice. I was still not to sure about doing it but I did anyways and I am really glad that I did. It was just what I needed. James did pretty good too. Except for when it was time to eat and he decided he didn't want to eat from a bottle he wanted me, but eventually he gave in! It was fun to see him get soooo excited to see me when we were done.

When James sleeps he loves to have a blanket over his face. So I let him sleep with this one because I don't worry as much about him suffocating because there are little holes. Lately when I go to get him out of bed this is how he has his blanket.

James LOVES to play with his little toes. He is so cute. He will grab his toes and giggle the whole time (except when I try to take a picture. Of course). Mike and I are convinced that he is the most inflexible baby we have ever seen. He can barely grab his toes...he wants to put them in his mouth but they just don't reach!!! HeHeHe!!!

Friends Reunion

On Monday we had a little friend reunion! It was so much fun. It has been about 6 years since we were all together at the same time. At that time none of us were married or had kids. It was really amazing to see how each of us have grown and changed and to see our children interacting with one another! Thanks to the great technology we have these days we already felt like we hang out everyday! What a fun day!!!

Softball Season

James, Mike and I have been enjoying going to the ball fields and watching Uncle Rob, Aunt Rose & Grandpa play softball! It has been a lot of fun. Last night James and I got to watch Mike play on Rob and my dad's team. He did really well and had fun! We look forward to more game!!!
